When you enter your credit card number and expiry date, this information is instantly encrypted in your computer before being sent by Internet (SSL encryption, the most widely-used solution worldwide) directly to the BNP bank. In this way, nobody can see this information or use it without your knowledge.


This is the logo that appears at the top of your web browser when you enter your credit card number, ensuring that encryption is taking place.

In addition to being encrypted and therefore unreadable, this information is not stored on our servers (this is why you will be requested this information each time you make a purchase), which prevents Internet thieves and hackers from stealing your information. Your card number is sent directly to the BNP and it is the bank that confirms payment of your order!

However, if you do not wish to pay on line, you can simply pay by cheque or bank transfer.
Your order will be validated once your cheque or transfer has been received, at which time the shipment of your parcel will go ahead.
You may also pay on receipt of delivery, which will incur an additional cash-on-delivery charge: 1% of the value of your order with a minimum order of 15 euros.

We take the utmost care and attention for the delivery of all our products. Every item is carefully packaged to guarantee optimum protection.

 

Delivery times are indicated on the description page for each item, including:


1. Shipment timeframe: To find the timeframe in which a product can be shipped, simply read the information on the description page of the item that interests you.


2. Delivery date: Our products are shipped by our partner carrier UPS (the French leader for deliveries to individual customers). You can also access our order tracker. With your order reference number and email address, you can obtain all the information concerning the whereabouts of your package. At any time, keep track of the movements of your order in real time.

3. Product quality 


Muzeocollection pieces are produced in our Paris workshop using traditional framing techniques.


The quality of our reproductions is recognized by the Réunion des Musées Nationaux with which we have worked for several years.


We use Canson media to guarantee optimum quality. Our canvases are 100% pure cotton, the ideal medium for painting reproductions. Our Vélin d'Arche paper, 300 grams per square metre, natural white, is similar to traditional artist paper, producing reproductions of exceptional quality.
